- Natural gemstones may display natural textures, color banding, inclusions, and color variations — these are inherent characteristics, not defects.
- Each piece is handcrafted, so there may be slight variations in size, texture, and details.

- Each natural opal is unique, and it is impossible to find an exact replacement. If a gemstone is cracked, broken, or lost due to external force, we are unable to provide replacement or restoration services for the same opal.
- Opal rings are custom-designed and made according to the size and proportion of each gemstone. We cannot provide resizing services after completion, so please be sure to confirm your ring size before ordering.
Jewelry Care | Gold Care
- It is recommended to remove jewelry before bathing, soaking in hot springs, swimming, exercising, or doing housework.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, cosmetics, detergents, and other chemical substances.
- After wearing, you can gently wipe the jewelry with a soft polishing cloth to maintain its luster.
- When not wearing, it is recommended to store jewelry separately in a jewelry box or ziplock bag to avoid scratching from friction with other jewelry.
- It is normal for K gold jewelry to develop slight scratches or changes in luster after daily wear; it can be regularly sent back for maintenance.
Opal Care
- As opal is a natural gemstone, avoid impact, dropping, and heavy pressure.
- Avoid hot springs, bathing, swimming, and prolonged immersion in water.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, or extreme temperature changes to reduce the risk of damage to the gemstone.
- When cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe gently. Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner or steam cleaner.
- When not wearing, it is recommended to store it in a jewelry box to prevent collision and friction with other jewelry.
- Opal contains natural water, so avoid prolonged storage in extremely dry or high-temperature environments.
